MacBook Pro ***** (5 Stars)
These amazing laptops, made by Apple, offer the Mac and PC user the best of both worlds. Although they have a pretty hefty price tag, they are the only laptops that I am aware of that can run both the Mac and Windows operating systems flawlessly. As if that wasn't enough, they come standard with all the bells and whistles that you would pay extra for from any other manufacturer. Included in every version is a built-in webcam, bluetooth, wireless internet, digital audio and video, a slot-loading DVDRW drive, 2GB of memory, high-resolution displays (optional Glossy display for no additional cost), and every other imaginable feature with the exception of a modem (which is available as an add-on).
Thanks to the newest version of Apple's Boot Camp software, installing Windows Vista is a relative breeze, although some technical savvy, or at least close attention to the installation instructions will be required to perform this task. However, once the necessary steps have been completed, you will have both the Mac and Windows operating systems available to you on the same computer. If you're tired of dealing with all the confusion involved with a PC purchase, buy an elegant MacBook Pro, then have a computer professional install Windows for you. If you've always wondered which is better, a Mac or a PC, why not have both for the price of one computer?
