What is Remote Help?
- This is how we connect to your computer, via the Internet, giving us the ability to see your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard from a remote location. It is an extension of our already outstanding service and it is free to exisiting clients!
When is it available?
- This service is only offered Monday through Friday, from 9AM - 5PM (PST) as available.
Why would I use it?
- You would use our Remote Help service to fix software problems, eliminate viruses, or for a brief training session. Unfortunately, we cannot solve hardware problems using this tool as hardware solutions require on-site support.
How do I use it?
- Please call us at (310) 822-9242 when you are ready to start your Remote Help session and we will be happy to walk you through the process. We can begin helping you within minutes!
